Hotel Best Complejo Negresco

Stayed for 3 days with my wife. Beds ended up cozy and the room was always pretty clean. The staff were pretty helpful and pleasant and constantly took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are big and also the closet. Bathroom was pretty clean and the shower was wonderful. Not a very social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.

I have booked the room for 5 nights with my fiance. Beds ended up big enough and the space was constantly clean. Staff members were being really handy and welcoming and constantly made us feel welcome. Rooms are large along with the closet. Bathroom was also very clean plus the shower was super cool. Not an exceptionally social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.
